Custom Dories & Drift Boats

Our custom dories and drift boats are built old school, meaning entirely out of marine plywood just like dad used to make. They are not built using a mold, but handcrafted from start to finish. The hull, gunnel rails and bench seating are all constructed using marine plywood and honduras mahogany or oak hardwoods, fastened with stainless steel screws. We then fiberglass the entire hull using fiberglass mat and polyester resin. The interior is coated with Eco-Tuff rubberized marine non-skid. The exterior hull is then under coated with primer and painted with marine enamel. The end result is a beautiful, sturdy, old school dory.

Our custom dory lengths range from 12-18 feet long.

The basic dory prices are:

  • 10 foot - $3,200.00
  • 12 foot - $3,400.00
  • 14 foot - $3,600.00
  • 16 foot - $4,200.00
  • 18 foot - $4,900.00

These prices include the seating either bench, pedestal or a combination of both. Chrome plated oarlocks are standard. Interior color choices are sand, olive or grey, other colors will be extra. Standard hull color is white unless a color is specified for additional charge. Bulkheads, storage lockers, hatches or any other additions will be extra.
